“Carlos and his crew just finished installing our custom cabinets today. We are so pleased with the end result and could not be more satisfied with their craftsmanship and professionalism. When I first reached out to them, Angela made the process very easy. We were simply asked to take the measurements of the areas needing custom cabinets, take photos of the space, and provide design inspiration photos that we had compiled. Within a few days, we received a detailed quote. This happened in early April and we were told that Carlos would come out to do the measurement in mid June. Because there was no true urgency to have these cabinets built, we decided to wait given their consistent 5-star review and my positive interaction with them. When Carlos came out to do the measurement, he was so courteous and thoughtful. He listened to our ideas and made great suggestions. He started the build process the following week and sent us photos of the progress. He made sure to ask us for preferences and approval for every detail of the build. On the day of installation, the crew arrived on time and all the gentleman that came with Carlos were courteous and beyond nice. They did their best to contain the dust and did thorough cleanups at the end of each work day. They were in constant communication with us to make sure that they would fulfill our vision. Now all the cabinets have been built and we are so glad that we waited two months. The experience and service we received were better than that of a 4-star hotel. Knowing that we would be taken care of really put us at ease during the process.
