FAQs
Do you provide paint or stain services?
No, but we have skilled painters and their contact information will be listed on your estimate. We work with these painters on a regular basis and trust them to do quality work. We also have recommendations for countertops, tile, flooring, electrical and plumbing.
What is your process for getting a quote?
We give free online estimates through our website. Please, fill out the quote form and via email we will gather measurements and inspiration photos. If you accept the online estimate, Carlos will come out in-person for free prior to building to take exact measurements and go over design details. If you prefer to have an in-person estimate with Carlos, there is a $175 charge (that gets credited to your project if you decide to proceed).
Once I accept the estimate how soon can you start?
We can start within 1-2 weeks.
Do you provide design services, 3D renderings or cad drawings?
No, you are welcome to provide us with those however it is not a requirement for us. Carlos always goes in person prior to building to review all measurements and design details. At that time you can ask him to sketch it out on paper with measurements. In addition, you are free to stop by our shop during the build process to view the progress and add any input while it is being built.
Do you do framing or exterior carpentry?
No, we do not do framing, exterior carpentry or exterior doors.
Do you build dining room tables and chairs?
No, we do not build them or repair them.
DO YOU WORK WITH LAMINATE OR MELAMINe?
No
do you only work with residential homeowners?
We work with everyone! Residential, commercial, designers, contractors and home builders.
What wood do you use to build paint grade cabinets?
We use solid wood poplar and birch plywood.
What wood do you use to build stain grade cabinets?
We have many wood species to choose from but the most commonly used are Maple, Red Oak and White Oak.
